  This location allowed a fraudulent credit card charge of just under $200 to be processed despite being made aware of said fraudulent charge on the same day the of the charge. Called the main office to try and get answers and was told "It is out of our control - merchant services will contact us accordingly". No willingness to try and help at all after repeated calls. Moral of the story: Gino's will take anyone's money, fraudulent or not, but good luck trying to stop a fraudulent charge or get your money back.

  So disappointed. Ordered a cheese steak, for take out, the meat tasted old and freezer burnt.
  Inedible. So I thought it would call them an offer a little friendly feedback instead of publishing everything on the Internet... I was told they were closed and I said even for feedback? HE said yes and he hung up on me.... what? so I'm not so anxious to go back there and I wouldn't recommend it, and I'm just going to keep talking about it and posting it on Yelp, Movoto, maybe they'll get my message they could just listen to me for 1 minute or less...

  This location used to be the place to eat pizza back in the 80's. Now it is run down, poorly managed and mediocre staff. Customer service is dismal and the food often does not taste fresh. Only upside is that they still offer pork sausage when other pizza places do not. The flaked ham sandwich is also decent.
